Sheikh Dr Khalid bin Sultan bin Zayed has honoured the winners of the Sweihan camel mazayna, as part of the first stage of the camel mazayna season at the 18th Al Dhafra Festival in Abu Dhabi.
Organised by the Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority, the event features rounds in the local, purebred, and hybrid camel categories, attracting camel owners and enthusiasts from across the region.
Sheikh Dr Khalid bin Sultan bin Zayed praised the event’s role in consolidating Abu Dhabi as a leading destination for camel competitions.
He also recognised Abu Dhabi Heritage Authority’s dedication to hosting cultural and heritage festivals, which play a vital role in preserving Abu Dhabi’s heritage and strengthening national identity and traditional values.
