The Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) has unveiled a series of AI-powered features and capabilities on its upgraded TAMM 3.0 government services platform at GITEX Global 2024.

The new platform builds on TAMM 2.0, offering a suite of new and improved services designed to provide citizens, residents, and businesses in Abu Dhabi with a more seamless, personalised, and user-friendly experience.

Key upgrades include the introduction of an AI assistant capable of real-time interactions via a chat function and AI-enabled bill payments through the enhanced Abu Dhabi Pay.

Existing services, such as vehicle license and Emirates ID renewals, pension management, and passport renewals, have been significantly streamlined to reduce effort and elevate the overall customer experience.

These AI-driven enhancements underscore Abu Dhabi's commitment to digital transformation, introducing innovative solutions that elevate user experience and simplify access to government services.

Other key services include:

- Emirates ID and Passport Renewal: Streamlined with real-time photo compliance verification in partnership with the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP).

- My Credit Report: A new widget allowing customers to easily request their credit scores from the Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB).

- Search for Approved Medications and Medical Professionals: Enhanced search capabilities powered by AI, in collaboration with the Department of Health (DOH).
Utility Bill Payment: A simplified payment process for services from TAQA Distribution Company and the Department of Energy (DOE).

- Renew Vehicle License: Leveraging TAMM AI Assistant for an end-to-end conversational experience, including personalized insurance options.

- Pension Management Services: Comprehensive tools for pensioners in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Retirement Pensions and Benefits Fund (ADRPBF).

- Enhanced Abu Dhabi Pay: AI-enabled features for managing bill payments, in collaboration with First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB).

- Issuing a People of Determination Card: Simplified application process in partnership with the Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination (ZHO).

- Household Pest Control: Smart scheduling and automated booking for pest management services in collaboration with the Department of Health (DOH).

- Fodder Market: Improved search and ordering capabilities on the Fodder Market Mini-App with the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA).

TAMM 3.0 aims to transform service delivery by integrating more than 800 services into a unified platfrom, designed to meet the evolving needs of the community. The platform's AI assistant, known as TAMM's AI Assistant, offers 24/7 support through voice capabilities in both Arabic and English.
