The Human Resources Department of the Abu Dhabi Police (ADP) General Command won three prestigious awards at the 2024 GCC GOV HR Awards.

These accolades recognise the department's exceptional efforts in youth empowerment within public and government sectors.

The awards ceremony, held in Abu Dhabi, honoured the sector with the "Best Happiness Initiative Award," "General Commander Award for Governmental Human Resources," and the "Digital Human Resources Award for Work Environment Development and Innovation in Human Resources."

Major General Imran Ahmed Al-Mazroui, Director of the Human Resources Department, congratulated all employees on winning the "Institution of the Year Award for the Best Happiness Initiative" and the "Digital Human Resources Award."

He also commended Khalifa Saeed Al-Humeiri, Director of the HR Planning Department, for winning the "Human Resources Leader of the Year Award" in the Government Sector.

Al-Mazroui emphasised that this success was made possible by the support, wise vision, and directives of the leadership, which have continually propelled Abu Dhabi Police toward excellence at local, regional, and international levels.

He reaffirmed ADP's commitment to continuing its leadership journey to realise the vision of the Abu Dhabi government, which focuses on building a confident and secure society, fostering a sustainable and globally competitive economy.

He praised the police leadership and commended the efforts of affiliates and various police sectors for their dedication, stating that their collaboration was key to achieving this remarkable milestone.

The annual GCC GOV HR Awards aim to honour individuals, organisations, and innovative initiatives that demonstrate exceptional performance and contribute significantly to advancing government services, human resources development, and youth empowerment.
