We are committed to working with UAE to empower women of determination: Rehabilitation International Chairwoman

Chairwoman of Rehabilitation International (RI), Zhang Haidi, emphasised her organisation's commitment to working with the UAE to empower women of determination worldwide to help them lead better lives, and encourage them by creating more employment opportunities.

Speaking to WAM on the sidelines of the first day of the World Congress on Rehabilitation 2024 (WCR 2024) in Abu Dhabi, Zhang said that highlighted her belief in the UAE's commitment to launching initiatives aimed at empowering people of determination, particularly women.

She underscored the UAE's conducive and advanced infrastructure for people of determination, noting that the country continues to work to enhance the skills and capabilities of people of determination across various sectors, to ensure their inclusion in the country's development drive.

Zhang also said that the UAE and Abu Dhabi actively participate in RI's work, providing a prime example of dedication to empowering people of determination.
