The International Charity Organisation announced the conclusion of the summer campaign “Cool Them Down” for the year 2024, implementing total projects worth Dh25 million inside and outside the UAE.

These projects included water supply projects for worshipers, workers and needy families, drilling and maintaining surface and artesian wells, in addition to providing electrical appliances to needy families such as air conditioners and refrigerators, paying electricity bills, and other projects.

Dr. Khalid Abdul Wahab Al Khaja, Secretary-General of the Organisation, extended his sincere thanks to the donors who were vital for achieving the campaign's goals and alleviating the suffering of many needy families inside and outside the country, stressing the importance of their humanitarian role in improving the conditions of societies, especially in the summer when temperatures rise and the need for necessities increases.

He pointed out that the International Charity Organisation will continue its seasonal campaigns in coordination with its branches, offices and areas of work, renewing the call to contribute to them financially and in kind, especially the 2024 Schools Campaign, which aims to support educational projects and help needy families prepare their children to enroll in schools, and support struggling students, especially orphans, in addition to sponsoring teachers and students in remote and needy areas.
