Abu Dhabi Police (ADP) organised a dialogue session focused on bringing joy to people of determination among ADP's members.
The aim is to improve the quality of life and foster entrepreneurial efforts within a supportive and stimulating corporate environment.
This session comes as part of ADP's ongoing efforts by the Human Resources Department to maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere for their staff.
ADP's Major Asmaa Jasim Al-Zaabi emphasised their commitment to contiuous improvement and positive change, which is achieved through means such as dialogue sessions, and leveraging cumulative practical experiences and communication channels.
Al-Zaabi commended the support of ADP's leadership, highlighting that they prioritise improvement, development, and innovative approaches to overcome challenges.
She explained that the dialogue session addressed the needs and requirements of people of determination among its employees.
