Citizens and residents in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain performed the Eid Al Fitr prayer in 91 mosques across the Emirate, with police patrols securing traffic flow and monitoring roads both internally and externally to ensure public safety and security.

Eid celebrations were marked by family gatherings, visits, and exchanging congratulations on this religious occasion. Children received an Eidiyah (Eid gift), sweets, and presents, creating a beautiful atmosphere of love, compassion, and familial and societal bonds.

The waterfront in Al Khor, Umm Al Quwain, along with Mangrove Beach and Bait Metwahid Beach, witnessed a high turnout of visitors from various nationalities.

They came to enjoy the natural scenery, including sea views, mangrove trees, and engage in sports activities such as kayaking, swimming, horse riding, and walking. Visitors also enjoyed the beaches, watching flamingos, seagulls, and marine wildlife.

Some citizens and residents visited public parks and commercial markets in the Emirate to spend leisure time with their families and children at recreational areas, expressing their joy and happiness in the Eid holiday.

Umm Al Quwain Museum and Fort and Al Mualla Fort Museum witnessed a significant turnout of visitors, as heritage enthusiasts prefer to visit them during special occasions and holidays. The museums contribute to conveying the culture and history of the country and the Emirate, fostering understanding among different cultures.
