Abu Dhabi Turf Club (ADTC) has signed a three-year agreement with ADNOC, naming the company as the official sponsor of the Abu Dhabi Gold Cup for three consecutive editions from 2026 to 2028 and as Presenting Partner of the grand finale, Race 7, the $1 million race.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to excellence and to promoting the UAE’s rich equestrian heritage, while further strengthening Abu Dhabi’s position on the global horse racing stage.

The agreement was formalized during a signing ceremony held at Abu Dhabi Turf Club. It marked a significant step in a long-term collaboration between the two leading national entities, united by a shared vision to elevate world-class sporting events and support Abu Dhabi’s ambitions as a global destination for elite sport and entertainment.

The Abu Dhabi Gold Cup represents a defining milestone for the capital, marking the first time the emirate has entered the international Thoroughbred racing market at this level. Featuring a seven-race program showcasing elite Thoroughbreds and Arabian Purebreds, the inaugural event at Abu Dhabi Turf Club on Saturday, February 7 hosts the world’s top horses and jockeys, delivering significant international exposure for Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
