HYROX is a test of strength, endurance, and determination in a one-of-a-kind race that combines functional fitness with high-energy competition.

The world-class race format combines a 1km run, followed by a functional workout station, repeated eight times.

There are categories for Individual, Doubles, and Relay Teams - for all fitness levels.
