Sheikh Abdullah bin Majid Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club, highlighted the impressive participation and momentum at the sixth edition of the Sharjah Kalba Equestrian Festival, running until December 15.

Sheikh Saeed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Deputy Head of the Ruler's Office in Khorfakkan, along with Sheikh Haitham bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Deputy Head of the Ruler's Office in Kalba, and Sheikh Abdullah bin Majid Al Qasimi, attended the Arabian Horse Beauty Championship competitions in Kalba.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Majid Al Qasimi spoke to “Sharjah 24” saying that the festival has seen substantial participation from residents, visitors, and horse enthusiasts.

It has featured a range of competitions, including the Show Jumping Championship with riders from 28 countries, the Dressage Championship, and the Arabian Horse Beauty Championship, he explained.

The first day of the festival’s final championship was attended by prominent figures, including Sultan Al Yahyaei, Director General of the Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club, Rashid bin Frish Al Kindi, Chairman of the Kalba Sports and Cultural Club, and several other officials and representatives from government institutions, clubs, and sports federations.
