A magnitude 5.7 ​earthquake struck Yakutat, ‌Alaska ​in ⁠the ‌US on Thursday, ⁠the United ⁠States Geological Survey ​said.

The quake was at ​a depth ‍of 9 ‍km (5.6 ⁠miles), ​USGS added.
