Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry left for Brussels from Paris on Sunday to take part in the European Union's Foreign Affairs Council meeting with the participation of a number of Arab foreign ministers to discuss the situation in Gaza, Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Ahmed Abu Zeid said.

Shoukry will hold several meetings with senior European officials, including EU foreign and security affairs representative and a number of his European counterparts, to mull ways of ending the current Gaza Strip crisis and creating political prospects to revive the peace process in order to achieve the two-state solution.
