“Let’s Celebrate!” is a grand celebration of Disney’s most cherished characters and stories.

Mickey Mouse, the iconic face of Disney, will be joined by Minnie Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy as they embark on a journey to discover Mickey’s favourite memory.

Using Mickey’s “Mouse Pad”, the show hosts will encourage fans to be part of the action, making it an interactive and immersive experience for all ages.

This year’s show, brought to the UAE by Sportainment Entertainment and Sports Live!, is particularly special as it introduces new characters alongside classic favourites.

For the first time, audiences will see Mirabel and the stars of “Encanto” live on ice.

The magic continues with Moana setting sail on her daring adventures, Anna and Elsa bringing back summer with their heartwarming tale from “Frozen”, and the Disney Princesses enchanting the audience with their grace and courage.

Fans of “Toy Story” will also be delighted to see Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and the gang in action.

The show is designed to take the audience on a nostalgic journey through Disney’s rich history, featuring memorable moments from a variety of Disney tales, each brought to life with stunning ice-skating performances, dazzling costumes, and breathtaking special effects.

Disney On Ice has a rich history in the UAE, bringing the magic of Disney to audiences in the region for many years.

One of the earliest shows, “Passport to Adventure”, was performed at the Dubai World Trade Centre Arena in April 2018.

This show featured beloved characters like Anna and Elsa from “Frozen”, Ariel from “The Little Mermaid,” and many more, captivating audiences with its stunning performances and elaborate costumes.

Over the years, it has continued to enchant audiences with various themed shows.

Each performance brings a unique blend of storytelling, music, and ice skating, creating a magical experience for families.

In Abu Dhabi, Disney on Ice “100 Years of Wonder” ran on October 11 to 15, 2023 at the Etihad Arena. Disney on Ice was originally known as Walt Disney’s World on Ice.

It started out as a series of touring ice shows produced by Feld Entertainment under an agreement with The Walt Disney Company.

Disney on Ice has toured in over 68 countries and entertained more than 320 million guests worldwide.

The first show, Walt Disney’s World on Ice, premiered in 1981, in the New Jersey Meadowlands.

The show made its international debut in Japan with “Happy Birthday Donald” in 1987. The name was officially changed to Disney on Ice in 1998.

From 2008, Feld Entertainment began launching a new show every year.
