ABU DHABI (ALETIHAD)
Bloom Holding has launched Alhambra, the final release of its Bloom Living residential community in Abu Dhabi, with prices starting from Dh865,000, the developer said in a statement.
The latest phase will offer a collection of low-rise residences comprising studio to three-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom townhouses and a limited number of four-bedroom penthouses overlooking the development’s lake and wider community, the statement said.
At the heart of Alhambra lies “Souk Alhambra”, bringing together dining, retail and essential services within the development, the statement said. The souk will include a central plaza surrounded by cafés and restaurants, with views towards a multi-purpose amphitheatre and the lake. It will also include a supermarket, medical clinic, nursery and veterinary services, among other facilities, according to the statement.
Carlos Wakim, CEO of Bloom Holding, said Alhambra represented a milestone for the development by bringing residential, retail, dining and other services together within a walkable destination.
“Alhambra marks a defining milestone for Bloom Living, bringing the community’s residential, retail, dining, and essential services together in one walkable destination that forms the vibrant heart of this landmark development,” Wakim said.
“It reflects our vision of building communities that are complete, connected, and centred around everyday life. We believe the future of living is about ease, access, and meaningful experiences, where everything people need is close to home,” he added.
Wakim said residents were already living in Cordoba and Toledo, the first and second phases of Bloom Living, while work on the remaining phases was progressing according to schedule.
“We are also progressing steadily with the remaining phases, all on track for delivery as scheduled, reflecting our firm commitment to quality, transparency, and delivering on our promises,” he said.
Residents of Alhambra will have access to facilities across Bloom Living, including interconnected parks and the Bloom Living Wellness Village, which features swimming pools, sports and wellness facilities. The wider development also includes places of worship and two international schools, the statement said.
Bloom Living is located in Zayed City, close to Zayed International Airport, and includes a large lake surrounded by walking and cycling trails. The development comprises villas, townhouses and apartments.
The project is designated as an investment zone, allowing buyers of all nationalities to purchase residential units, according to the statement.
Bloom Holding said it has delivered more than 6,000 residential units to date, with more than 20,000 units in its development pipeline. Its residential leasing portfolio comprises 1,000 units.
