Dubai Police, represented by the Virtual Technology Centre of the General Department of Training, has achieved a new international milestone by winning the ATD Excellence in Practice Award 2026 in the Learning Technologies category.

The award recognises the organisation’s excellence in leveraging advanced technologies and innovative digital solutions to enhance learning and training practices.

The award was presented during the official ceremony held in Los Angeles, California, USA.

The award was received on behalf of Dubai Police by Her Excellency Hessa Al Shuwaihi, Consul General of the United Arab Emirates in Los Angeles.

This achievement reflects Dubai Police’s commitment to adopting cutting-edge educational technologies and developing advanced training environments that enhance workforce capabilities and readiness in line with international best practices.
