Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure, underscored that the Ministry works diligently to deliver top-notch services that keep pace with the aspirations of the leadership and citizens.

He made this statement during a ceremony hosted on Thursday to recognise partners who contribute to the Manzili bundle, recently approved by the UAE Cabinet.

The bundle offers 18 housing services to citizens through collaboration with 24 federal and local government entities, simplifying the customer journey and the required documents by reducing the involved entities from 11 to 1 and the documents from 10 to 2. The procedures are reduced from 14 to 3 steps, and the service fields from 32 to 5.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of government entities that contributed to the success of the pioneering initiative. Al Mazrouei thanked the partners for their contributions to the Manzili bundle and noted that it was only possible through collaboration.

He said, “The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, represented by the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme, is proud to be an active player in driving government housing. We fully realise the challenges our citizens face in finding decent residences, so we developed the Manzili bundle to provide a host of housing services through a unified platform. Manzili is a yet another major step in our journey to enhance family stability through providing decent residences to citizens. The new bundle of services is part of our ongoing effort to remove bureaucracy from our processes and supports the goals of advancing digital transformation and adopting technological solutions in designing future services.”

The Minister stressed that recognising partners reflects the Ministry’s commitment to enhancing cooperation with its stakeholders to achieve its objectives. He said, “We look forward to further cement our collaborative approach to integrate innovation and sustainability in our processes. Our partners play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions for our initiatives, and we aim to capitalise on their strengths to achieve more successes in the future. Through joining forces with our partners, we are developing new initiatives that contribute to better quality of life and improved environmental and economic sustainability.”

At the end of the ceremony, the partners expressed their gratitude to the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure for the kind gesture and their willingness to continue supporting government initiatives that enhance the UAE’s sustainable development.
