As part of its ongoing efforts to promote research-driven thought and future foresight, TRENDS Research & Advisory organised a dialogue session featuring Dr. Saeed Al-Dhaheri, Director of the Center for Future Studies at the University of Dubai. The session provided a platform to discuss key issues related to academic research, artificial intelligence (AI), and a vision for the future.
The session focused on several topics, including the latest advancements in AI and its impact on key sectors such as education, healthcare, and the economy. It also highlighted the role of research as a catalyst for societal transformation and progress.
Additionally, it explored a future-oriented vision that integrates advanced technology with sustainability to ensure a better future for upcoming generations.
During the session, Dr. Saeed Al-Dhaheri emphasised that research and AI are fundamental pillars for innovation and sustainable growth, underscoring the importance of collaboration between academic institutions and think tanks to develop intelligent solutions that enhance human well-being.
At the end of the session, Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al Ali, CEO of TRENDS Research & Advisory, presented guest Dr. Saeed Al Dhaheri with the TRENDS Research Medal in recognition of his outstanding contributions to knowledge and his pivotal role in supporting the center’s research efforts.
A certificate of appreciation was given to Dr. Al-Dhaheri for his dedication to fostering academic research and promoting forward thinking.
